Trying to Solve Real-World Problems

In my social studied class we started a mission to enhance map accessibility. Our teacher introduced us to mapping through teenmaptivist where we are hands on helping map buildings and helping to make sure there are accessible maps in places that of greatest need. Once every week, we head down to our school computer lab and join in on the monthly TeenMaptivists challenge. It is a very easy and fun process, and it’s nice knowing that I can help solve real-world problems and make a positive change in the world.
