In my social science class we started a mission to enhance map accessibility. Our
teacher introduced us to mapping through TeenMaptivists where we are hands on
helping to map buildings and make sure there are accessible maps available in places
that need don’t have them yet. Once every week we would go into a computer lab and
help map the monthly TeenMaptivists objective. It is a very easy and fun process and it’s
nice knowing that I am able to help solve real world problems and make a positive
change in the world.
